Nadia is the chairperson of the care home Innova Care, and a director and shareholder of NMI Ventures Ltd, NMI PE Investments Ltd and NMI Property Holdings Ltd. Innova Care offers residential and support structures that aim to provide a comfortable, safe base in which an array of activities is provided, each tailored to the particular needs and preferences of each service user. As a specialist care provider, Innova Care supports individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and associated complex needs within a residential setting. Established in 1997, the company has extensive experience in its field and continues to operate under its guiding principles of dignity, integrity and providing support towards independent living.

At NMI Ventures, Nadia’s role involves managing and overseeing the company’s investment portfolio, which currently includes holdings in the I4 Group (a specialist outsourced payroll provider) and TaskMaster. The latter boasts a turnover of £60 million and a network of recruitment agencies comprising 50 branches and is a proven partner in the field of workforce solutions. TaskMaster has been providing temporary, permanent and flexible solutions for nearly three decades, which has enabled the company to consistently meet its goals and grow.

NMI PE Investments

NMI PE Investments Ltd spearheads investment strategies and effective portfolio management to drive sustainable growth and increase shareholder value. The company has holdings in CBSbutler, which is one of the UK’s leading technical recruitment agencies, with a turnover of £40 million. Finally, NMI Property Holdings Ltd has a diverse portfolio of investment properties and maintains a focus on maximising capital appreciation and returns via strategic investments, property management and value addition.

Personal

Nadia is interested in the world of art and collects work by artists including Damien Hirst, as well as Asian collectibles. She also regularly supports charitable organisations and is particularly concerned with housing single mothers and educating children. A graduate of the University of Warwick, Nadia holds an MS degree in globalisation. As part of her studies, she tackled subjects including public international law, international and European legal responses to terrorism, environmental energy law, issues in international criminal law and justice, and international human rights law.
